Army Veteran. Conservative Leader. Proven Public Servant.
Adam Salyer is a 14-year U.S. Army and National Guard veteran, small-business owner, and conservative Republican running for Texas Senate District 19. He is running to restore safety, opportunity, and accountability to a district that has been overlooked for far too long.
After injuries cut his military service short, Adam refused to stop serving. He endured 17 surgeries, fought his way back from a wheelchair, and continued his mission at home—serving four years on the Universal City Council, where he worked directly with families, educators, business owners, and law enforcement.
Adam believes leadership is about showing up, listening, and executing with discipline.
Adam’s priorities are clear:
• Public Safety First—protecting children, supporting law enforcement, and restoring trust
• Economic Growth—supporting small businesses, job creation, and local opportunity
• Education—retaining great teachers and restoring strong foundations
• Veterans & Families—fixing what’s broken and honoring service
As the owner of the Texas Seraphim Basketball Team (American Basketball Association), Adam brings real-world experience in management, budgeting, operations, and team leadership. He was selected by the ABA to help lead international partnerships—proof that his leadership produces results beyond politics.
Adam doesn’t believe in government waste or empty promises. He believes in measured plans, strong partnerships, and accountability.
Service Before Self—Still.
Adam is a devout Christian, a supporter of strong borders and lawful immigration, and a firm believer that public service is a duty, not a career.
“There is no greater purpose than to serve one another.”

There is no greater purpose on earth that to serve one another
"Texas Senate District 19 is where we live, work, and raise our families—and it’s time we lead it with purpose. I believe in a bold vision where every resident has a voice, every community has opportunity, and economic growth serves people, not politics. By harnessing emerging technologies, innovative systems, and a service-to-others mindset, we can build a stronger, more connected District 19—one where your voice is heard instantly, local ideas become real projects, and prosperity is created from the ground up. Together, we can build a new economic future—driven by participation, powered by innovation, and rooted in Texas values.”
